3. Shipping Charges  
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.  
- Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking  
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email, WhatsApp, or SMS to track your package in real time.

5. Delivery Issues

- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).  
- We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
