At AvailFour, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns  
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.  
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.  
- Returns will not be accepted for damaged products caused by misuse or improper handling.

2. Non-Returnable Items  
- Products purchased during clearance or sale may not be eligible for return (unless defective).  
- Customized or special-order items cannot be returned.

4. Refund Policy

5. Exchange Policy  
- Exchanges are allowed for size or defective items, subject to availability.  
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

6. Shipping Charges  
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.  

7. Damaged or Wrong Items  
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
